Clapham Park Estate Regeneration is one of the largest regeneration projects in the UK with an overall projected value of £500.0M to be expent on refurbishing existing stock and construction of new dwellings.
Working for Durkan, McDonal Brickwork has undertaken the brickwork and concrete repairs and brick cleaning as well as constructing new external lift towers. We also carried our soft strip of vacant dwellings and diamond drilling for new services on a contract value of approx £200.0M
